PLATFORM POLICY

Transparency is the foundation of B.VIS. This policy explains how the platform operates, the responsibilities of featured businesses, visitor expectations and the limitations of platform liability.

1. Platform Purpose

B.VIS Travel & Tour and B.VIS Elite operate as independent promotional, visibility, and business listing platforms designed to showcase hospitality businesses, brands, service providers, properties, events and opportunities to visitors and potential customers.

The platform provides exposure, advertising opportunities, directory listings, featured placements and visibility services only.

2. Independent Businesses

All businesses, brands, vendors, service providers, developers, property owners, event organizers and featured entities displayed on this platform operate as independent businesses.

They are not employees, agents, representatives, subsidiaries, franchisees, contractors or legal affiliates of B.VIS Travel & Tour or B.VIS Elite.

3. No Endorsement or Guarantee

The appearance of a business, logo, profile, property, product, event, service or advertisement on this platform does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, warranty or guarantee by B.VIS Travel & Tour.

Visitors are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before entering into any transaction or agreement with any featured business.

4. Business Responsibility

Each featured business is solely responsible for:

• Its products and services
• Business operations
• Customer support
• Pricing and quotations
• Contracts and agreements
• Representations and advertising claims
• Licenses and regulatory compliance
• Staff conduct and performance
• Property ownership claims
• Financial transactions

5. Direct Transactions

All inquiries, bookings, purchases, reservations, investments, contracts, rentals, sales, consultations and financial arrangements are conducted directly between visitors and the featured business.

Except where a client explicitly requests B.VIS Travel & Tour to coordinate and execute an active agency booking on their behalf (as detailed in Section 6), B.VIS does not participate in negotiations, pricing discussions, contractual arrangements or financial transactions between visitors and listed businesses.

6. B.VIS Direct Services & Booking Agency

B.VIS Travel & Tour operates its own independent, specialized branch dedicated to general hospitality and travel agency services. Clients may explicitly choose to bypass direct brand contacts to hire B.VIS directly to handle their arrangements.

Scope of Direct Services: Our direct agency capabilities include assisting with, but not limited to, processing Visas, flight bookings, private jet charters, hotel and apartment bookings, beach house rentals, boat cruises, car hire services, and custom travel or vacation planning.

Community & External Sourcing: To fulfill a direct booking request, B.VIS will attempt to secure accommodations or bookings from our community listing of Elite Featured Brands. However, if a client's requested option cannot be found or fulfilled within our current list, B.VIS retains absolute administrative discretion to source, assign, and place the booking with any chosen provider inside or completely outside our community directory network.

Agency Service Fees: When clients bypass direct brand setups and engage B.VIS to coordinate bookings directly, B.VIS charges a separate, distinct agency service fee. This transaction arrangement is clearly disclosed to both the featured brand and the client.

Third-Party Performance & Misbehavior Disclaimer: Payment of an agency or coordination fee to B.VIS covers booking logistics and handling only. Irrespective of any intermediary role played by B.VIS, if a featured brand or external third-party vendor cancels, provides deficient services, fails to perform, or misbehaves in any manner, B.VIS shall not be held liable or responsible for any resulting damages, headaches, or financial losses. Operational accountability and liability remain strictly with the final performing service provider or vendor.

7. Limitation of Liability

B.VIS Travel & Tour, B.VIS Elite, its owners, staff and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, dispute, fraud, negligence, injury, misrepresentation, breach of contract, business failure or other claim arising from interactions between visitors and featured businesses.

Visitors acknowledge that B.VIS Travel & Tour and B.VIS Elite merely provide visibility, promotional and directory services. The platform does not verify, guarantee, supervise, control or manage the day-to-day operations of any featured business and shall not be held liable for losses arising from dealings between visitors and listed entities or external providers.

8. Intellectual Property & International Directory Slots

All logos, trademarks, brand names, images and intellectual property displayed on this platform remain the property of their respective owners.
